Welcome to our home, hopefully. See link for the online listing, other outside pics and info.
Click the pictures for bigger images.

1st pic: Entry from outside.
2nd pic: Entry from inside.

Living room: Large living room. Floors have been refinished here and in dining room.

Pic 3 shows some plaster damage to take care of.

Pic 5 goes into dining room.

Dining room: Pic two shows door on left to den, door on right from living room.

Den: Would like carpet. Would be our computer room.

Back in dining room. Door on left to bedrooms, door on right to kitchen.

Our room: Needs carpet

Pic 1: Hallway out of our room.

Pic 2: Full bath.

Gage and Seth's room. A bit bigger than our room, but no closet makes it theirs. Needs: Broken window, want carpet.

1st pic: Hallway from bedrooms to kitchen.

2nd pic: From first pic, on the right opens up for pantry. Pic is from the kitchen side.

Kitchen: Missing stove, don't like the stainless steel counter tops, but doable. First major income tax return goes to this room. One of the positives is that the counter tops are surprisingly built for tall people.

Laundry: Pretty standard.

Misc Pics.

Pic one: From the backdoor, left into laundry, straight to door here that goes into basement.

Pic two: From the kitchen on right, left to hallway and bedrooms, left and straight, stairs to upstairs.

1st picture: Stairs.
2nd picture: Do a 180 at the top of the stairs and go down the hallway.
3rd picture: Door on left, Abby's room, ahead, Cole's room, right, bathroom.
4th picture: 1st door on left. Potential storage?
5th picture: 2nd door on left, linen closest.
Needs: Carpet, coat of paint.

Upstairs: Full bath. Needs: Not much. Tile's in great condition and doesn't look dated.

Upstairs: Abby's room. Nicest in the house. Penance for making her share a bedroom with her brothers for the past...well...way too long. Water damage by the window is the only found in the house. Roof is only 2 years old.

Upstairs: Coles room. Smallest in the house, but it's his and he loves it...and that's all that matters. Needs: Not much, but the wallpaper is awful and has to go...and a coat of paint. Carpet

Back of the house. The door on the far left of the picture goes to the den.

The Daniel family narrowly escaped a large meteor that devistated the beaches of Tybee Island on July 3rd. In the ensuing scramble for safety, husband and father Jason Daniel risked life and limb to catch this exclusive photo of the hot air balloon sized rock just before impact. 2 year old Gage Daniel, who was the first to discover and point it out, babbled, "I wasn't scared, I was crying more because of all the sand in my swimming trunks. That was really aggravating"...or...it was something to that effect. All were thankful when they arrived safely home, and Gage went to sleep after getting the mini sandbox out of his swimming trunks with a quick shower.
